Use a visible state to show what to preserve, what to test, and who decides.

The same rows repeat across the four cards. Pick one useful part of this arrangement and state what task it supports.

Point to the footer in this captured state. A later save and reopen would provide different evidence from a visible proposed change.

Give the Architect a scoped decision, who owns it and the observation that would make you reconsider. You may leave it open.

Give the next person one defensible choice

Replay your own first prediction. Explain the player’s task in a sentence, the treatment you prefer today, the easier alternative and the tradeoff. State whether this is a suggestion, an explicit director decision or an open question. Give the architect one concrete check to run in the appropriate build.

Bring back · A dated decision card with an evidence link or fixture name, a reason and a condition that would reverse the choice.

Practice, then defend your choice ↗ · Find “Blank decision card.” Use its fields for observation, candidate treatment, your actual status and the next test.
